Off Season Training provides players an opportunity to get extra reps, build team chemistry, and prepare for the upcoming season in a structured, captain-led environment.

Both Girls and Boys from 3:00-4:00 PM on the following dates:
January: 13th, 27th
February: 3rd, 10th, 12th, 19th, 24th, 26th
March: 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th
Ages
Girls: 8-12th Grade
Boys: 9-12th Grade
Cost
Off Season Training is $25 for the 12 sessions. This fee helps offset turf costs and encourages players to stay accountable and attend.
Gear
Girls: goggles, cleats, stick and pinnie
Boys: helmet, pads, cleats, stick and pinnie
Pinnies will NOT be provided. High School players can plan on wearing their pinnie from the previous season. All 8th graders and incoming freshman can wear their youth jersey and/or blue and white pinnie.
