Captains Practice
Captains practices for high school boys and girls will be held at the Rogers Dome from 3:00–4:00 PM on select dates. These sessions provide players an opportunity to get extra reps, build team chemistry, and prepare for the upcoming season in a structured, captain-led environment

Girls: 8th–12th grade
Boys: 9th–12th grade

Practices
When are practices and how often are they?
Example: Teams practice 2-3 times per week.
Costs
Captains’ practices are $25 for the season. This fee helps offset turf costs and encourages players to stay accountable and attend.

Girls- cleats, goggles, stick, Pinnies
Boys- helmet, pads, pinnies, sticks
